Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use Fathom. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything that happens under your account.

Fathom offers a $5 introductory trial (5 days), a $90 per year Forye(a)r membership, and $20 chat packs that add 100 messages each. Prices are in US dollars and charged at checkout by our payment provider.

The yearly membership renews automatically until you cancel. Chat packs are one-time purchases and do not renew on their own.

If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will make it right. Unused chat messages are not refundable once a conversation has been sent using them.

Be honest and be kind. No harassment, hate, scams, spam, or pretending to be someone else. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, with no refund for unused time or messages.

Compatibility summaries are generated suggestions meant to spark conversation — they are not guarantees about any person or relationship. Always use your own judgment when meeting someone.

We work hard to keep Fathom available and safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
