Privacy Policy

When you join Fathom we collect your email address, the profile details you choose to share (name, age, bio, photos), your compatibility quiz answers, and the messages you send to other members.

Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers — we only store a record of what you purchased and when.

Your profile and quiz answers are used to find and show you compatible matches. With your explicit consent, quiz answers from you and a match may be used to generate a short compatibility summary. You can turn that sharing off at any time from your Matches page, which deletes any summaries that used your answers.

Your email is used for sign-in, account notices, and nothing else. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Other members see the profile information you choose to display. Your quiz answers are never shown directly to other members. Messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation, except where a report requires moderator review for safety.

If you block a member, you become invisible to each other and no further messages can be sent. Reports go to a private moderation queue reviewed by the site owner.

You can edit your profile, withdraw quiz-sharing consent, or block members at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us and we will take care of it.
